 Michael Coldwell
President / Designer


Michael is a computer technician from the Lake of the Ozarks with about 16 years experience in multiple areas of the technology industry. Moving to Independence in 2005, Michael became very active as a volunteer and is currently a trained weather spotter using amateur radio while working along side RACES, and is also the C.E.R.T Information Technology Coordinator. August of 2007, Michael started designing and creating the ReadyToHelp.org project, and in early 2009 formed Volunteer Supplies, Inc.

 Dustin Murray
Vice-President / Designer

Dustin is a self taught Graphics Designer and Flash Developer/Designer with 7 years experience. Dustin began his designing career putting together a website for a gaming community in early 2002. (And they say gaming gets you no where.)

 Terry Coldwell
Secretary of Treasury


Terry is a graduate of Park Hill High School in Platte County and has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Missouri Western State College in St. Joseph Missouri with a minor in accounting. He worked for a trucking company in Kansas City in his early years as general ledger accountant.  Moving to the Lake of the Ozarks in 1976, he became a Real Estate Broker owning his own office until 2003. He then closed his business and became affiliated with a large national franchised brokerage.  Terry is secretary and treasurer of Volunteer Supplies Inc.  and is actively searching for ways to fund Volunteer Supplies on a perpetual basis into the future.  Note:  Michael Coldwell is our son and we are very proud of him and this project.  He lists his experience as 16 years which puts him at the age of ten.  This is not an exaggeration, in our real estate business we have always acted as a team and encouraged all of our kids to be active with technology.  He actually started using computers at the age of 6. We are a family, but actually we work as a team and always have.

 Teresa Coldwell
Sales / Marketing Manager


Teresa is originally from the Independence area of Kansas City although spending most of her life at the Lake of the Ozarks.  She is the mother of 4 children all born and raised at the lake.  She has a real estate Broker’s license and has been active in the real estate business with her husband Terry.  Most of her concentrated efforts in real estate have been in the area of Advertising, thru publishing real estate guides for the family real estate business.  From creating graphics to camera ready art work to actually assisting in the printing process; she has developed many skills along with raising her children.  She also owned her own Graphics business for a period of years creating camera ready art for Business forms, restaurant menus, business cards and once typesetting a complete union contract booklet. Teresa is the sales and marketing manager for Volunteer Supplies Inc.

 Wayne Bingham
Field Operations Supervisor

Wayne’s professional background has been in computer electronics, serving as a Field Engineer for 23 years. This work has allowed him opportunities to meet and work with people from a wide variety of backgrounds from all over the United States. Since September 2007, Wayne has focused his time and energies on volunteer work in emergency preparedness related areas. Currently, Wayne is serving as a volunteer to help bring about the expansion of the ReadyToHelp.org network of web sites, which will provide much needed assistance to emergency response volunteer organizations and the local Emergency Managers they work with.

 Mo Kelly
Inventory / PHP Developer


After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Accounting Mo became one of ten developers of webERP, a web based, open source accounting system.  He is also a developer of extensions for Joomla! a web site content management system and webmaster of the North Texas Mensa web site, His father was a Dallas Fireman and he loves being on the team!

Rachel is a Graphic Designer from the Lake of the Ozarks with 4 years of experience. She moved to Springfield for college, and in May 2009, she graduated from Ozarks Technical Community College with an Associates degree in Graphic Design Technology. In October of 2009 she joined the Readytohelp.org project, and Volunteer Supplies Inc.
